Commercial, residential, and pre-listing painting from San Jose to Fresno. Fixed written pricing, two-year warranty, no deposit until we start.
Turns on a schedule, paperwork handled, crews that work around your tenants.
Pre-listing repaints that hit the listing date, not the week after.
Done once, done right, done on the date we said.
Not a service list — the real prep sequence, product, and coat count we would write into your estimate. If another bid does not spell this out, that is the bid to worry about.
A dated interior reads as deferred maintenance in every listing photo, and buyers price that in. A repaint is the fastest, least invasive fix between "we should list it" and "it's on the market."
Walkthrough within 48 hours of your call, written price the next day, and a finish date that lands before your photographer does.
Neutral palettes chosen to read clean under wide-angle listing photography, not just in person. Two brushed test patches before we commit.
One documented palette per agent, the same crew every time, and a single point of contact who answers the phone on a Saturday.
Tell us the listing date. We will work backwards from it.
Choose a body color. We pair the trim, accent, and door for you from combinations that hold up in real light — then you send the whole palette over with your estimate request instead of describing it over the phone.
Screen approximations. We bring fan decks to the walkthrough and brush two test patches on your actual wall so you can see them in morning and evening light before anything gets ordered.
Nothing is ordered until you approve test patches.
Fog and heat destroy paint by completely different mechanisms. A franchise runs one playbook statewide. We write the spec to the climate your building actually sits in.
Built from the way we actually bid: measured surface, unit count or stories, prep condition. Your written estimate replaces this range with a fixed number after the walkthrough.
We are building our portfolio in both regions right now. On our first 20 projects we are taking 10 percent off the estimate in exchange for two things: permission to photograph the finished work, and an honest review once the job is done and you are happy with it. Not before.
If the punch list is not done to your satisfaction, you do not pay the balance.
Everything you would want to know before scheduling a walkthrough.
Measured square footage, surface condition, prep required, product, and coat count. Fixed price in writing, not hourly, so you are not paying for a slow day. The number on your estimate is the number you pay — not a starting point for negotiation after we are already on your property.
Yes. Alpha Professional Painting Corp, CSLB #1126241, active. General liability and workers' compensation. Certificate of insurance provided on request before work starts, naming you as certificate holder.
Crews run both corridors. Scheduling is built around the region your job is in, and travel is never billed as a line item on your estimate. We are not claiming to be headquartered in every city — we are honest about running two corridors, and that is reflected in how we schedule and price work.
The license is state-verified and active. The trade experience behind it predates the company name. The warranty is in writing and you can hold us to it. The owner is on every job because the crew is small. A newer company has more riding on your review than an established one does, which means we are more motivated to get it right.
Typical interior room: one to two days. Whole-house interior: three to six days. Exterior repaint: four to eight days depending on prep condition and weather window. Your estimate lists actual start and finish dates — not a range, actual dates.
We move and cover what is reasonable. You do not need to be home once we have access to the property, but we want you present for the walkthrough at the start and the punch-list at the end. Those two moments matter.
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore by default. The specific product line is listed in your estimate before work starts. You can supply your own product, but the workmanship warranty then covers application only, not product failure. We will tell you up front if we think the product you want is wrong for the surface.
Yes. Retail, office, and occupied multi-family are routinely scheduled after hours so tenants and customers are not disrupted. This is standard for commercial work, not an upsell.
Written fixed price within 24 hours. No deposit until the morning we start.
